Acceptance
By accessing or using RevPilot Nexus services operated under comaelo.digital, you agree to these terms. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, you must not use the services. We may update these terms to reflect operational, security, or legal changes in the Republic of Korea. Material updates will be posted with a revised last-updated date, and continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate subscriptions according to the Refund Policy and any written order form you execute with us. We may suspend access for risk, abuse, or non-payment after reasonable notice where feasible. Upon termination, your right to access ceases, and you must stop using exported materials in ways that violate confidentiality obligations that survive termination. Certain provisions—including limitations of liability, governing law, and intellectual property—survive termination because they protect both parties after the relationship ends.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration information, safeguard credentials, and use the services only for lawful hospitality operations. You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the services, interfere with other customers, or misrepresent data you import. You remain responsible for how your staff uses the workspace, including annotations and exports. You must comply with applicable Korean statutes, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and related consumer rules where they apply to your use case.
Intellectual property
RevPilot Nexus retains all rights to software, documentation templates, and branding. Subject to your subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for internal business purposes. You retain rights to your data and annotations. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the services and support. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software except as expressly permitted in writing.
Service description
RevPilot Nexus provides cloud workspaces for hospitality pacing intelligence, including digest exports, qualitative tiles, and governance features depending on your plan. The services are informational and operational aids; they do not replace professional advice or partner contracts. Features may evolve as we ship improvements. We describe material limits in product documentation and FAQs. Availability targets are described at a high level; real-world performance may vary with integrations you maintain and upstream data freshness.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would cause another jurisdiction’s laws to apply. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require a different venue for certain individuals. If a translated version conflicts with the English version for international teams, the Korean-language interpretation prevails for local compliance discussions unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, RevPilot Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the services during that period. These limitations do not apply where prohibited. The services are provided as-is with commercially reasonable efforts, not fault-free guarantees.
Modifications
We may modify features to improve security, clarity, or performance. We may change subscription fees with advance notice as described in your order form or account communications. Continued use after a fee change effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted. If you do not agree to a material change, you may terminate according to the Refund Policy. We archive prior versions of these terms internally for accountability.
