Incident record exports that QA teams can actually use

Incident record exports sound dull, but they matter when leadership asks what happened during a spike week. We order fields chronologically, then group by owner, then attach decision notes. QA teams asked for that order explicitly.
We also stamp sync freshness at the top. If a row was stale during an incident, the export says so. Hiding staleness helps no one in a retrospective.
Attachments stay text-first. If an image is necessary, we recommend linking out to your internal storage rather than embedding large binaries in the export file. Smaller files survive email limits and archival policies.
Finally, we suggest pairing exports with a live walkthrough for major incidents. The export becomes the agenda; the board becomes the evidence drawer. That pairing keeps discussions grounded.
